Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC)
Grievance: A cause of distress (such as an unsatisfactory working condition) felt to afford reason for complaint or resistance.
GRC: It is a committee for handling and solving grievances to express constructive & genuine concerns/grievances. To promote and maintain a sustainable, unbiased & Positive Educational Environment. It involves a process of investigation in which the ‘Students Grievance Redressal Committee enquires and analyses the nature and pattern of the grievances in a strictly confidential manner.
Rules and Regulations: It is constituted as per All India Council for Technical Education (Redressal of
Grievance of Students) Regulation, 2019 vide F. No.1-101/PGRC/AICTE/Regulation/2019 dated 07.11.2019)
and University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023.
